Returns
If your thing arrives in less-than-perfect condition, you can make a free return within 30 days of the latest estimated delivery date. We'll make it right with a replacement order or a PaleSPM voucher, minus the shipping fees.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at paleinttrade@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that the cost of returns will be paid by the customer.

Exchanges
We understand that sometimes things just don't work out. Most tops, phone cases, and stickers can be exchanged for a replacement order or a PaleSPM voucher, minus the shipping fees, for different sizes, styles, and colors within 30 days of the latest estimated delivery date.
We want you to love what you bought from an independent artist. So if you aren’t completely happy with your purchase, we can sort out a replacement or store credit for situations where:
The wrong garment style, color, or size was ordered
The wrong case or skin style was ordered
There’s no need for return labels at this point. Just get your email address, order number, and new product style and/or size ready and send your order to our email address paleinttrade@gmail.com to request an exchange..
Once you’ve submitted your request, sit tight - our Customer Success team will get back to you shortly with a confirmation email.
To be eligible for full reimbursement of your items, be sure to keep them in case we need more details, snap some photos of any issues, and add the images to your request. This will help our team keep things as easy as possible for you!
PaleSPM reserves the right to deny exchanges, returns, or refunds, including but not limited to preventing fraud, suspected fraud, or abuse. Returns valued at greater than ₦300,000(before any discounts) are subject to a restocking fee of 20.00%.
